INFORMATION
Any student
wishing to petition for relief from three examinations in twenty-four
hours or from two examinations at the same time must contact his/her
dean no later than Friday, November 14,
2003. Any student wishing to petition for relief from
unauthorized changes in his/her examination schedule should contact
Ms. Peggy Lankford, Assistant Registrar, 103 Allen Building, phone 684-2813.
Undergraduate reading days are December 5-7, and December 10, 2003 (from
9 a.m.-7 p.m.).

INFORMATION
Examinations may not be given in the last
week of classes in courses where a final examination is not scheduled.
Examinations in precepts should be given during the last class meeting.
Take Home examinations are due at the exam time designated for the day
and period at which the class regularly meets. Examinations in classes
which meet two or more periods in one day, or in combination Mon./ Wed.
/Tues./ Thu. sequence, are scheduled according to the first lecture
period. No activities can be scheduled during official reading periods.
Any examination not covered in the foregoing schedule
is to be arranged by the instructor in charge of the course in the period
beginning 9 am, Monday, December 8, 2003 and ending 5 pm, Saturday,
December 13, 2003. No examination is to be given before 9 am, December
8, 2003 with the exception of Physical Education activity courses.

CHANGE IS TO BE MADE IN THE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE WITHOUT THE APPROVAL
OF THE UNIVERSITY SCHEDULE COMMITTEE.
